Refund Policy for Training Programs and Services
Effective Date: June 2024
Thank you for choosing AB PsychoEducational Services. We are committed to delivering high-quality training, supervision, and professional development services in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for any of our programs or services.
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations for trainings, workshops, consultations, supervision programs, and related services are confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received.
By registering for any of our programs or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Cancellation by the Organization
If [Your Organization Name] cancels a training, workshop, or service for any reason, participants will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer payment to another available program or future session.
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–14 business days.
b. Participant Cancellation Before Training
Participants who cancel their registration:
- At least 14 days before the program start date may receive up to 70% refund of the total payment.
- Between 7–13 days before the start date may receive up to 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the program start date are generally not eligible for a refund.
Administrative and processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
c. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to attend a training or session
- Late cancellations
- Partial attendance
- Change of mind after program commencement
- Failure to complete the training
- Downloaded training materials or accessed digital resources
- Supervision sessions already conducted
3. Transfer of Registration
Participants who are unable to attend may request:
- Transfer to another training date, or
- Transfer of registration to another participant
Such requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management.
4. Digital Courses & Online Materials
Due to the nature of digital products and online learning materials:
- Payments for accessed online courses, recordings, downloadable resources, or digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Supervision & Consultation Services
Refunds for supervision or consultation services are only available if:
- The session is canceled by the organization, or
- A cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies may occur. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
Supporting documentation may be requested where necessary.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
8. Changes to This Policy
